My Expertise’s are:
• Over 3 years experience of working with nonprofit organizations.
• Completed bachelors of social sciences from Bahria University Islamabad and majored in development studies.
• Currently working as a design, monitoring and evaluation Specialist DM&E in Search for Common Ground Pakistan SFCG-an international peacebuilding organization.
• For SFCG, have overseen numerous baseline and end line evaluations; and recently conducted a baseline assessment on youth involvement in violence in Karachi.
• With SFCG, have developed expertise in the field of Women and youth empowerment, Governance and political economy, and conflict management.
• At design phase, have also developed monitoring strategy, result based frameworks and monitoring and evaluation plans for all ongoing projects –nationwide and provincial- at SFCG, Majorly on women and youth empowerment.
• As the monitoring and evaluation officer have developed monitoring tools for all programmatic activities, c
