Hi, my name is Shivani Guntaka. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vignans Institute of Management and Technology for Women. I started my professional journey with an internship focused on data validation for Zing Health, a U.S. based healthcare organization.
During this internship, I was responsible for accurate data entry, validation of patient records, and interacting with healthcare providers to confirm appointment availability.
Due to my strong performance and attention to detail during the internship, I was offered a full time role as a QA Trainee. In this position, lve been actively involved in manual testing, working in an Agile environment, writing test cases, performing smoke, functional, and regression testing, and using tools like Jira for defect tracking. This transition from data entry to a QA role has allowed me to develop a well rounded skill set and a solid understanding of software quality assurance processes.
