Gugulethu Khanye

My name is Gugu Khanye, and I recently graduated with a BA in Behavioural Sciences, specializing in Psychology and Labour Relations Management. Currently, I am pursuing my Honours in Labour Relations Management at North West University. My academic and professional journey has been marked by a strong passion for fostering productive workplace relationships and addressing employee relations matters effectively.

I bring a mix of practical experience and academic insight to my work. As an Industrial Relations Intern at LabourNet, I gained hands on experience in managing industrial relations tasks such as handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters. I also honed my research and analytical skills, which complement my strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools for problem solving.
