I have been in BPO industry for 14 years.
I started my career way back on 2011 which I was hired as an Outbound specialists. I experienced Telemarketing, Appointment Setter, Data Entry and Healthcare Account . I have been a consistent top agents and because of that I got promoted as a Team Leader, where I experienced handling sales team, Coach team members and Setting strategy and goals.

In 2014 I tried a career changed and hired as Technical Support Specialist in ATT U verse where I learned and experienced to Identify, troubleshoot and Resolve repairing faults and network issues like VoIP voice over internet protocol.

At 2018 I tried different line of work which I was hired as Costumer Service Representative Inbound Retention. It’s a fashion account where we are convincing our members to keep their membership. We also assisted our our member in placing order and checking the order status.
