A motivated professional with five 5 years of success in learning, developing and delivering quality training contents to provide knowledge and skills which inculcate the company's staff and drive organizational performance. Worked collaboratively with multiple subject matter experts SMEs to prepare training needs, prepare and managing annual training calendar and its budget, prepare training materials and reports, effectively translate highly technical concepts into user-friendly and with consideration of adult learning programs through learning theories. Interpret the training needs into learning environment through learning theories. Facilitation staff classroom training and online learning through Learning Management System.
I am also able to create high quality training contents by using Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Adobe Premier pro and Adobe After effect, Iclone 7, Adobe Animation, Final Cut, and Adobe Illustrator
