With a mission of reinforcing ‘Innovation in Learning’, a statistician and MBA by academics, I have an experience over 15 years in the sales, customer service and training domain. The highlights have been:
*Leading the designing and roll-out of several corporate training programs and skill building interventions affecting more than ten thousand livelihoods
*Have been a part of three start-ups – Reliance NIS Academy, Reliance Retail, Future Sharp Skills, conducting business and training need analysis, building operation processes, competency mapping, designing and building learning solutions, assessment Designing, content quality assessment, assessment of training effectiveness etc.,
*Content has been designed and developed in and around Sales Training, Customer Service Training, Behavioural Training, Telecom, Retail and Insurance Products and Processes training, Life Skills Training etc.Also, Train-the-Trainer, Pilot batch training was done wherever applicable.
