About Me
I'm a licensed teacher. I graduated from college in 2012 and took a Bachelor in Elementary Education major in Special Education. In 2014, I worked in a BPO industry for 5 years as a customer service representative and subject matter expert. I was assigned to a healthcare account where my daily tasks are doing outbound calls to providers regarding payment updates or benefit questions or concerns that require a callback, utilizing MS Excel for inventory updates and talking to clients and onshore supervisors if there are any changes or updates that are needed to be cascaded to my colleagues. Recently, I obtained my TESOL certificate so I can teach other countries with limited English proficiency.
