Gerald Manyasa

Hello, Im Gerald Manyasa, an enthusiastic Information Technology graduate from KCA University in Nairobi, Kenya. I completed my diploma in Information Technology with a concentration in Help Desk ICT Support. I am a dedicated and trustworthy individual with good organizational and team building skills.

During my industrial attachment at Milimani Law Court from June 2023 to August 2023, I worked in the ICT Support Department. In this role, I gained valuable experience in entering and updating e filing details in the system. I showcased excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, creating spreadsheets, storing data, and troubleshooting hardware issues such as printers and photocopy machines. I also assisted in system navigation, providing support to clients and staff.

My education journey includes completing my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education O level at Nambale Boys School. I have a strong foundation in Information Technology, and my continuous learning is evident throu
