I’ve worked closely on multiple digital transformation and SaaS related initiatives, especially within e commerce and IT service environments.
In my role as an E commerce Business Analyst at Fireball Technologies, I was actively involved in transitioning traditional retail clients to cloud based inventory and sales platforms. This included integrating ERP systems with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring real time data sync, and driving user adoption across teams.
I also collaborated on the onboarding of a cloud based CRM solution for tracking leads and customer engagement—playing a key role in customizing dashboards, training users, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.
Additionally, in my most recent role at Haddow Groups, I supported the rollout of a SaaS based marketing automation tool, which enabled our team to automate campaign workflows, improve lead nurturing, and increase ROI.
These experiences taught me how to align digital tools with business goal.
