I have the necessary skills, genuine passion, experience to lead and manage the customer service department because I know providing ultimate customer experience and satisfaction will ultimately lead for them to return and talk about our service and products.

As for the customer service area, I have also the ability to turn around a difficult situation based on the communication, commitment and follow up. I love to train and ensure customer service personnel are up to par and able to do the same in any given situation.

Presently I can do full time/part time computer training to secondary students, adults & senior citizen. I teach windows, smart phone, internet, etc
