Primarily assigned to the Microsoft Engineering Business Unit of Techno Brain K Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya. Report’s to Director of Testing Business or and/or any other officer placed in authority over our Microsoft’s Surface Products Lineup Engineering team.
❖ I current Monitor and analyze user feedback from Microsoft feedback channels and external forums using Power BI dashboards and Azure DevOps dashboards which is used by Microsoft software developers to identify bugs.
❖ Detecting and communicating patterns, trends and anomalies in the analyzed feedback and preparing an executive summary in form of a report which is shared with the MSFT PLE Team.
❖ Using dashboards and analytics tools built using advanced query language processing techniques.
❖ Monitoring weekly drivers updates and releases by Windows to enable early detection of issues.
❖ Can write clean and reusable and well documented, scalable code using .NET programming languages mainly in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Typescript and Razor.
