I have over a decade of IT experience in a corporate setup and a couple of years in real estate as a freelancer. My background in IT and system administration has strengthened my problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical information clearly. I have experience managing call data, troubleshooting, and ensuring system security. For the past two years of being a system administrator, some of my tasks are pulling data from Podio CRM and create a spreadsheet report, data cleaning of around 60,000 property records monthly, managing email accounts at GoDaddy, assist in onboarding new employees, managing Podio CRM and assisting users on system related concerns.
