Also previously worked as Hub DevOPS Engineer at INTOUCH KENYA, develops systems and solutions to agreed specifications, System maintenance, configurations, APIs integrations, and optimization of services and solutions, Monitors systems and services to identify performance issues, Diagnoses problems to correct bugs in the code and deploy services to Test/live environment and recommend solutions, restores systems and services to normal operation, performs routine and non routine maintenance to keep systems and services running, takes action to prevent and minimize the impact of incidents, and improve reliability, providing technical support to TOTAL Energies stations, troubleshooting of technical issues etc.
