About Me
I have 10 years experience working as a Customer Service Agent for companies like T-MOBILE, UPS, TELUS. At first I used to be working in the activation team, but the QA manager heard how I speak and write English, so she decided to transfer me to translations team, between English speaking agents and Spanish talking customers.
I am a native Spanish talking person, I live on Antigua Guatemala, where there's many on line Spanish teaching schools. I know all Spanish grammar basic or all Spanish rules, expressions, sayings, idioms. Slang if wanted and teaching capability with a well structured teaching program from 0 to 100 the Spanish language.
