In June 2010, I began working as a Virtual Assistant and I have been working steadily ever since as an Bilingual Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant/Project Manager, as well as doing translations, transcriptions, web research. In addition, I have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Spanish. I am a hard-working, reliable, extremely well-organized person who believes intensely in maintaining a strong work ethic and the importance of customer/client satisfaction. I am an expert at everything Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Lotus, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML as well as various other software programs
