I am a versatile and determined professional with experience in customer support, marketing, events, and combat sports. Currently, I work as a Customer Support Specialist at Microsoft, where I assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing their experience with Microsoft products. My career includes roles at Unilever and Cinemas Itaú, where I developed marketing campaigns, managed social media, and organized events.

Beyond the corporate world, I am also a Muay Thai and Boxing instructor, a passion I have been practicing and teaching for over 15 years. I thrive on challenges and am always seeking growth and learning opportunities, which is why I have been exploring new fields such as technology and technical support, as well as improving my skills in programming and languages.

A Brazilian living in Berlin, I am passionate about sports, technology, and pop culture, especially movies, games, and fantasy literature. My current goal is to find new opportunities.
