Fathia Bello

Hello, I’m Bello Fathia Ayomide, a recent graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife OAU, Nigeria, where I studied Economics and Education.

I was Born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, I was shaped by values of hard work, resilience, and community. Fluent in English and Yoruba, I’ve leveraged my communication skills to connect with diverse individuals throughout my academic, professional, and entrepreneurial journey.

My aspiration is to become a Human Resources HR expert, particularly in the finance sector, where I can contribute to employee engagement and organizational success.

My interest in HR started during my first internship, where I saw firsthand how strategic people management influences productivity and workplace culture. Since then, I have actively developed my HR skills by completing courses such as Human Resources Management at Great Learning and the ALX Virtual Assistant training, equipping me with knowledge in workplace tools, problem solving, and efficiency.
