Advising clients on the retrenchment process in South Africa, highlighting the risks of the process as well as assisting clients with the retrenchment process.
Managing and dealing with matters on behalf of clients at CCMA / Bargaining Council level. This includes preparing clients for conciliations, preparing CCMA / Bargaining Council papers, as well as handling all aspects of arbitration proceedings and appearing in arbitration proceedings on behalf of clients.
Managing and dealing with Labour Court matters on behalf of clients, which includes drafting of all court papers.
