With that, I've acquired useful skills including but not limited to handling customers' concerns/issues by providing the necessary options/resolutions in a professional and timely manner. Also, I'm knowledgeable in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in creating reports, presentations, data analysis and the likes.
My commitment is providing the best results in every task or project that is assigned or given to me. Being effective and efficient are the keys in accomplishing that said objective.
