With over 20 years of hands on experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and retail operations, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and transform supply networks across some of the most challenging markets in Sub Saharan Africa — notably Malawi and Zambia. My journey has taken me from managing physical bookstores and warehouses to driving strategic sourcing initiatives and international procurement processes for educational material across the UK, USA, and Asia.
What sets me apart is my ability to turn complexity into clarity — streamlining procurement cycles, leading RFQs and RFPs, and managing tender processes that have directly led to measurable cost reductions up to 18% and operational efficiency. Im deeply involved in the consolidation business, ensuring smooth coordination between publishers, vendors, and retail outlets across borders.
