I have seven years of HR experience working hand in hand with line managers to advance the HR strategies in the company. For the past five years, I worked as HR Team Lead at 4th Generation Capital Limited, a financial services company for Kenya, Uganda and South Africa. As a Leader I worked closely with a team of HR Administrators to successfully handle end to end employee cycle processes such as: Recruitment, HR policies management, Career Development and planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HRIS SAGE 300 people, Orange and Aren, Payroll Management, Contract Management , Separation and key stakeholder management such as medical and HR systems providers. Previously, worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Career Smart Consultants Limited for 2 years. A full member registered with IHRM with a Bachelor of Arts degree and diploma in HR.I am proactive and passionate about HR management and view appropriate HR strategy as a key business partner to a companys success.
