As a mother, an experienced medical doctor in general practice, and a certified lactation specialist, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to the lactation world. For over 5 years, Ive been dedicated to providing comprehensive breastfeeding education and support, serving as a staunch advocate for breastfeeding mothers.
My services encompass a wide range of lactation support including; prenatal breastfeeding education for expectant mothers, anticipatory guidance for women with hormonal disorders and syndromes such as PCOS, assisted fertility, assistance with delayed onset of lactation, guidance on breastfeeding positions, proper latch techniques, and identifying signs of a well latched baby.
I also offer support for common breastfeeding challenges such as sore nipples, cracked nipples, breast engorgement, and low milk supply.
Additionally, I provide guidance on expressing breast milk, proper storage techniques, and navigating the return to work phase.
