Instead of going into the office daily, I complete the responsibilities remotely at home or in another location of their choice with internet access. I handle the small details to keep the company moving so that my employer can focus on large company goals. I am the one who communicates with the employer on multiple channels, such as email, video messaging, instant messaging, and phone calls. As a virtual assistant, I organize my employer’s files, answer emails, and arrange meetings. As a virtual assistant, I must be able to manage expense reports, orders, and confidential financial information.
