Hi! I am currently working as a 2nd level of support and a data analyst in a globally known Business Outsourcing Company. I have a 3yrs experience of being a tech support handling a personal finance software which clients are based in U.S and Canada. Before I became a tech support I worked as an I.T Specialist in established local company, I have learned a lot on different processes on how to troubleshot issues on computers whether it's a software or hardware level.

Now that I am working as a Data Analyst and 2nd level of support, my function are to assist members of a team to solve complicated issues with their customers since I have tremendous amount of known solutions and gathering a lots of data about their customer - agent experience to analyze and create Insights what are the top contact drivers and how the customer and agent experience will improve.

In my spare time I am studying to improve my skills in web development and online marketing, I am an I.T graduate my passion on technology is ever since. I am also interested on Stocks, Bitcoins and other investment currently I am studying technical analysis. I play basketball and the guitar.
