Emmanuel Otchere

I am a Nurse with a strong passion for healthcare and patient care. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in nursing, with a particular focus on emergency care. I had the opportunity to be part of the hospitals COVID 19 response team, where I contributed significantly, and my dedication earned me the recognition of Best Worker in the emergency department.

Currently, I am managing national service personnel, overseeing their monthly rotations, and ensuring their smooth integration into the workplace. I have developed effective communication systems, such as creating WhatsApp groups, to address their requests and observations, helping to improve their experience and performance.

In addition to my professional role, I am also preparing for the NCLEX exam, further expanding my skills and qualifications in nursing. My ultimate goal is to continue advancing in the healthcare field, possibly exploring opportunities for nurse officer roles or other leadership
