Emmadi Sushmitha

My name is Sushmitha Emmadi. I worked with Redseer Strategy consultants as management consultant with working experience in domains like business strategy & planning, growth strategy, project management and business analytics. As part of my summer internship at Asian Paints, I worked on a manufacturing governance project wherein I implemented an excel dashboard that records plant risks and implements control activities. I have completed MBA from IIM Kozhikode and hold B.Tech from NIT Nagpur. Prior to joining IIMK, I worked for 2 years as an Instrumentation engineer at Orient Cements, CK Birla Group. I have effectively managed the manufacturing operations within cost and time constrained environments.
