I have over 8 years of IT Support Engineering experience. I have provided technical support to users in a variety of environments, including small businesses, corporations, and government agencies. I have experience troubleshooting and resolving a wide
range of IT issues, from hardware and software problems to network connectivity and security issues. I started supporting L1 issues and now to L3 a specialist role where I handle and manage different services and fix escalated issues. I also handle administration of DNS, email security, Azure administration, and other cloud services. I have extensive experience supporting SaaS applications, including GoogleWorkspace/O365, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack/Teams, Atlassian/Service Now, 1Password/Bitwarden, and MDM such as Intune/Google Endpoint.
