I am a professional virtual assistant who is highly experienced in social media management, administrative and customer Support.
I have 3years of professional experience working as an administrative assistant and a customer service personnel. From replying mails to handling incoming and outgoing calls and instant messaging. I pay great attention to details and, have a sharp analytical mind, excellent oral communication and writing skills. I am also a qualified Montessori and EYFS teacher with 8years experience. In the past eight years, I have worked with children of all kinds from preschool to grade and, I teach languages like Ibibio and Yoruba too for people who have challenge or are not able to speak these languages properly. I also ensure that my learners are happy when learning.
I also have strong Knowledge of Microsoft office products, Zendesk, Zoom, Google sheets, Google Docs and many more.
