I am holding a B.Sc. Hons in Quantity Surveying degree at University of
Salford Partnership with CSCT – Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka which is accredited by RICS – UK, PAQS, and IQSSL Sri Lanka and I am a member of Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors 2022 and I possess nearly 7 years work
experience in both building and civil Engineering projects in Sri Lanka.
Currently, I am working as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor Project
Manager
Well experienced in using NRM2, POMI, and CESSM3 methods of
measurements and versatile on FIDIC conditions of contracts.
Have a sound knowledge of Traditional, Design & Build,
Management Contracts, and Construction Management
procurement methods. Proven experience in cost estimating,
budgeting, budget monitoring and controlling, earn value
management, preparation of cost value reconciliation reports,
preparation of variation proposals, Interim valuation, sub contract
payment certification & evaluation of subcontractor variations and
claims.
