I hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology and have over 8 years of hands on experience. During this period, Ive worked with reputable firms such as Bridgeway International in the United Arab Emirates as an IT Support Assistant, and both Davis and Shirtliff East Africa Ltd & Strathmore University as a Network and System Engineer.

My expertise includes troubleshooting, networking, hardware and software maintenance, IT Helpdesk Administration, Microsoft technologies like Active Directory Administration, Office 365 Server management, GPO Management, and more. I also have experience with PXE and SCCM administration, Microsoft Intune Remote Application Deployment, CUCME Administration, DHCP monitoring, and Windows Server management. Additionally, I ha
