I am a Human Resource Management graduate with 5 years of aggregate education in the field and 4 year of professional experienceBahrain . Quickly developing a reputation for implementing policies and procedures that positively impact employee satisfaction and overall productivity. Acquiring in-depth knowledge of executing employee onboarding and separation processes, recruitment process and general HR processes by gaining hands on experience.

In the current role as HR /Administration Coordinator, British Language Centre, Kingdom of Bahrain, entrusted by the management to Independently handle the entire spectrum of HR/Administrative processes ranging from onboarding to separation.
