Undergraduate degree in Law first class from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Completed the graduate programme MSc Regulation at the LSE. With more than 12 years of experience working with the private, public and multilateral sectors, the past 8 being with two of Colombias enforcers of regulation: one in the fields of competition in public procurement and infrastructure 3 years; the other in water supply and sanitation 5 years. With interested and knowledge in topics such as Development, Urban Development, Environment, Project Finance, Energy and budgeting.
