About Me
I am very passionate about giving quality customer service to help our customers in regards to their inquiries and concerns. I have 1 year and 6 months experienced as an eBay store manager and I handled tasks for my client's seven eBay's stores that were based in the United Kingdom.
I handled all customers inquiries through emails, I was also handling returns, refunds, and cancelation of orders. I resolved opened cases like Item not received case, Item doesn't match the description etc.
I also handled product research and listed those profitable items that we can sell on eBay.
I was also able to do the title optimization for keywords research.
I am able to help clients by resolving all the issues from customers complaints and add more sales to my client's eBay store by providing quality results for my daily tasks.
