I worked as an Account Manager in an IT and Marketing start-up company and was eventually moved to another position as a Customer Success Manager. Working for this company for a year, I have gained and enhanced a lot of skills such as account management, customer service and support, interpersonal skills, lead generation and people and business management. This company offers products to businesses suchlike a Social WiFi Solution and an SMS and Email Blast Platform which also gave me an experience on how to use, explore and maximize these kinds of marketing solutions. I was a co-owner of a food cart business named Zip up Snackbar which operated for more than 3 years and I'm into Social Events management. I've organized a few weddings and debuts in the past 5 years. Today, I am working under our family business which is a Medical Equipment Sales and Services company. I've been doing freelance work for more than 2 years now focusing on lead generation, customer support and SMM.
