Devesh Pandey

I am an Advocate practicing before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, with a strong foundation in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Legal Research. I hold a Masters degree LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice System and possess academic specialization in International Law, Maritime Law, and International Relations.

My legal practice is centered on litigation support, legal drafting, judicial research, and strategic case analysis. I regularly assist in the preparation of writ petitions, criminal applications, affidavits, revisions, appeals, legal notices, and other court pleadings. My experience includes research and drafting in matters involving constitutional remedies, criminal procedure, administrative law, and forensic evidence.

Having worked under senior legal practitioners, including Special Counsel for the Government of India, I have gained practical exposure to High Court litigation, procedural law, and advocacy related legal work.
