About Me
I am a freelance writer, working on and off for more than 5 years. I got my Bachelors at Brooklyn College, where I studied journalism and edited the school newspaper. Using the AP stylebook as a bible, I mostly focused on reporting events and digging into investigative pieces.
Since then, Ive had a variety of writing jobs. I began a tutoring/academic writing business, which gave me excellent researching skills. Analyzing and editing various pieces of academic writing also sharpened my copy editing skills as well as my memory for APA, MLA, and CMS formats.
As far as SEO goes I worked with many different companies creating copy on such a huge variety of topics ranging from audio engineering, to information about kangaroos. This expanded my usual range of interests, helped develop an entirely different vernacular, and sharpened my web skills. I specialize in tech and health.
Im very familiar with Wordpress and most other blogging tools thrown at me.
