Deendayal is a ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, RTE, Certified Disciplined Agilist, TOGAF® 9, Certified ScrumMaster®, PRINCE2® Practitioner and ITIL® Certified with over 19 years of experience in Agile & DevOps Coaching/Transformation, IT Solutions Architecture, Managing IT Systems Integration, Business Intelligence, ERP, CRM, Delivery and Change/Support management. His thorough knowledge in the Government, Finance Retail banking including ATM applications, Utilities, Insurance, Materials management & Sales domain complements his vast experience in IT implementations ranging from Legacy systems Mainframes to Web based solutions, Enterprise portal servers, CRM with an excellent understanding of the business needs/issues working onsite geographically, culturally diversified clients in the US, UK, Europe Denmark, Sweden, Middle East UAE, APAC and India region. He possesses Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology and Masters in Business Administration Finance.
