Hi, my name is Dolly. I'm 28 years old. I have 7 years of working experience in quality customer service and a year experience in sales. I also have an experience working overseas communicating and doing business with different nationalities like British, Irish, Japanese I also worked as a Product Branding Manager in a well known company in Japan I basically respond to their orders, engage with customers, resolve any issues that occurred or may occur I help with quality check specially in branding. I talk directly with the supervisor for everyday reports and send them organize documentation. I also had training for the Real Estate Industry for US Market. I'm knowledgeable of their database such as the use of the MLS and CRM other client based tracking system. I'm skilled in MS Office application. I also work for bank collections for a year. I am now currently studying basics of SEO for websites and very eager to learn more.
