I’m Dean Dago, a seasoned Human Resources and Administrative professional with over a decade of experience working across local and international companies—including SaaS, tech, and service based industries. I’ve successfully led end to end HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, labor compliance, and organizational development for teams across the U.S., Middle East, and the Philippines.

I’ve worked remotely since 2023, serving as HR Manager and Consultant for U.S. based companies such as MOD Facial Texas and VISP.net Oregon, a tech and billing automation SaaS company. My exposure to fast paced, multicultural environments allows me to manage remote teams efficiently, implement scalable HR systems, and support strategic business growth through people and process alignment.
