David Cantera

Born in Palencia, born in 1977.
Artistic high school, completed at the Mariano Timón School of Arts in Palencia.
My artistic career began in 1997 in Salamanca, studying Fine Arts, and during that time I was part of the Rockymarcianosereira collective, creating joint works for exhibitions, festivals and publishing the fanzine “Deguionistas”.
At the end of 1999 I moved to Cuenca where I finished my training in Fine Arts and became part of the M.I.D.E. International Museum of Electrography with a scholarship that lasted three years.
Where I started experimenting with new technologies. Playing things like 3D and interactive programs to generate static digital images that I printed thanks to an EPSON scholarship. Later I began to dare with the moving image generated entirely by computer.
