About Me
My name is Darlene Muthoni. I have just completed my university studies, now awaiting graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. I interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kenya where I executed administrative tasks to optimize workflow. Additionally, I maintained a calendar, scheduled meetings and appointments to streamline operations, and created presentations. Furthermore, during my internship I sorted and distributed incoming mail to manage communication flow and collaborated with management and team members on end to end project needs, organizing materials, facilitating communication, and proofreading. In addition to this, I supported meetings by preparing materials, setting up spaces, and taking notes. I also handled phone calls and responded to emails on behalf of staff.
