Hello! My name is Danielle. Ive been in the BPO industry for 7 years and 6 months. Ive handled international accounts and worked with telecommunication companies as a technical and customer support specialist phone and chat support. Working in the BPO industry helped me improve my skills. When we were asked to work from home I learned to become resourceful and worked with minimal supervision. I also have a non BPO work experience of 2 years. It was a virtual assistant job for a real estate company in Houston Texas. Working as a virtual assistant helped me improve my email management skills. I am also experienced in using different CRMs. I also have leadership and customer service skills. I am a team player, adaptable, committed to my job, and also a fast learner.
