Hi! My name is Danielle, and I have over 6 years of experience in the Customer Support Industry. Most recently, I worked as a Clinical Admin Coordinator at Optum Global Solutions, where I stayed for more than 2 years.
I started my career as a Collection Specialist at Capital One Bank, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, account resolution, and compliance. After 3 years, I received an opportunity from Wells Fargo Bank as a Retail Collection Specialist, which helped me further grow in handling high volume client interactions with empathy and efficiency. Due to personal circumstances during the pandemic, I had to transition, and that led me to Optum Global Solutions, as a Clinical Admin Coordinator, assisting patients and healthcare providers with scheduling, benefits, payments and escalations.
