Hi, I’m Cyril.

I come from La Ciotat, a place where the light always seems to have something to say. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had this obsession: understanding how an image can capture a moment, an emotion, a place… and sometimes even a silence.



The sea obviously holds a huge place in my life — I dive, explore, photograph — but my passion for images goes far beyond the marine world. What I really love is telling stories. It doesn’t matter whether they unfold beneath the surface, down a city alley, at the heart of a wedding, or through the gaze of a stranger in front of my lens.



I explore imagery in all its forms:

— Portraits, for the subtlety of a face revealing itself;

— Film photography, for the beauty of the unexpected and the tactile quality no digital sensor can replace;

— Wedding photography, for the truth of emotions that slip away from those who live them;

— Spaces and architecture, for lines, volumes, and the way a place can breathe;
