I have worked in various customer service roles throughout my career, ranging from administration to healthcare. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual. I am empathetic and a proactive problem solver. I am self motivated and always seeking ways to improve my skills and knowledge. In my previous positions, which included administrative, clerical, data entry/data input, customer service, transcribing, proofreading, filing, spreadsheet programs, and other duties as assigned. My time management system allowed me to multitask as I handled multiple responsibilities simultaneously. I am an effective communicator who pays close attention to accuracy and detail when entering data. Even so, I remain open to learning new strategies when and if needed.
