After leaving college with excellent grades in subjects useful for this industry,I worked in several positions where I gained valuable experience interacting with customers, developed strong communication skills and worked hard to improve Customer service standards.
I would like to describe myself as a caring,attentive ,fast working employee who understands how important great Customer service is to the success of a business.
I have worked in several customer facing roles where the need to answer customers questions,provide service at speed and resolve complaints was the norm.
Outside work, I keep myself fit and active in the gym to keep my concentration and energy levels high for when am at work.
One of my core strengths is to make customers feel valued and appreciated and if am successful,I will work hard to ensure a customer base.
