About Me
Hi, my name is Cristian Famoso, Im 31 yrs old & Im married for more then 5yrs. My wife is a Virtual Assistant, shes a travel professional working under an Australian Based Company. We have a 4yrs old daughter.
back in 2016, I worked w/ Teleperformance Incorporated under the account Expedia.com. I started as a customer service handling flights, hotels, cars, and activities. After a year in the customer service, I got transferred to tier 2 supervisor on call w/ GDS both SABRE and AMADEUS. Being a tier 2 supervisor for more than 2 years, together w/ my colleagues, we receive calls from tier1 if it needs GDS tools to help resolve customers request. During the covid 19 pandemic, I got transferred to American Express where I still handle SABRE for another 2 years. I resigned at Teleperformance in MARCH[removed]to find a work from home job.
