Hi! Im Crisella Sarmiento, 29 years old. I have been in the healthcare industry for about 5 years and my main skill is patient services. In those previous jobs that I have, we are well trained when it comes to great patient support. I mostly handle medication management orders, insurance verification, and updating benefits and in my most recent job, I communicate with patients to schedule their appointments. I have a wide knowledge when it comes to healthcare terms and of course, handling patients is already one of my areas of expertise like how to communicate with them how to use proper words to address any one of them in making sure to empathize sincerely when the patients part is inconvenient.
