About Me
I am an industrial designer working in the furniture industry since[removed]I have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of office, domestic and hospitality furnishings. I have worked for a wide variety of manufacturers, who made use of different manufacturing techniques, materials and production practices. I have been exposed to the whole process of furniture production, from client meetings and briefs, to concept design and presentation, costings, production management and installations. When designing it is a big advantage to know how manufacturing works, and actively engage with the manufacturer to ensure the best possible results.
Since 2012 I have been working on a contract/freelance bases for factories, architects and interior designers in the Cape Town area.
