Hello there! I am Conchita Cinco, the woman behind C Digital Optimistic Solutions. I have been working as an Overseas Filipino Worker functioning as an Administrative Assistant in Saudi Arabia for almost eleven years now. I have known for being highly organized, dedicated, committed, systematic and hardworking.

In preparation for my freelancing career, I applied for a scholarship under the Department of Information and Communication Technology DICT Philippines.
